You could leave the plug at the bottom slightly open, and leave the garden hose on a trickle in the radiator cap fill point. That should flush out sufficiently while idling. Shouldn't be a problem with cool water in a warm block in summer weather. Put the heater setting on hot. Kia coolant is green and not the longest life type.
