2016 13" nTB Just did a fresh install of Windows 10 (fully updated). I do not have a bluetooth icon in Device Manager. I cant add my bluetooth mouse. Bluetooth works fine in MacOS. Anyone else having problems with this?

This is called a "Power Flush." Result: Boot screen > BIOS menu prompt or restore/partition new space > BIOS menu, Save/Exit > Windows login, unlock > Bluetooth is back (kinda). Bluetooth functionality is back for audio (output). The wireless controller (input) is recognized as a new device when I attempt to pair.
